This is a Rear Wheel Cylinder 15mm (0.59 bore) for a Triumph Spitfire 1971 to 1975 and Triumph GT6 from MKI KC7279 and all GT6 MK2. Made in Italy by AP Braking. Cross Ref. # 390402, 580-080. (cylinder casting# 304020)
