This is a Standard Suspension Cone for a Austin Mini with Dry Suspension and standard ride height. The Austin Mini has a unique suspension that does not use any metal coil springs, it is all done with a Rubber Cone. These cones have a life of 5 to 6 years and then start to deteriorate and loose their elasticity. Which will give your car what some people call the Bachelor lean with one side or corner lower than the others. Important Note if your car was made before 1976 it will have standard mounting threads, you will need a metric installation tool to match the threads on this cone. Always replace is sets to give your car the correct level and spring rate. Cross Reference 117-025
