This is a new fuel tank for the Triumph TR7 up to 1980 Non Fuel Injection and Triumph TR8 up to 1980 Non Fuel Injection. This tank will fit in the Fuel injection cars but you will need to use and external fuel pump since there is only one hole in the tank.
